Our Story
Over 20 years ago, we visited this beautiful little lakeside town on our honeymoon and instantly fell in love.
Not just with each other, but with the magic of Lake Garda itself.
The cobbled streets, the medieval buildings, the scent of lemon and olive trees, the sparkling lake and breathtaking mountain views. There was something special about it that captured our hearts from the very beginning.
What started as a honeymoon soon became a lifelong love affair with one of the most beautiful places in Italy.
For more than two decades, we have returned to Lake Garda year after year, exploring hidden corners, discovering beautiful venues and building wonderful friendships with local people and suppliers who have become part of our extended family.
Over time, a dream began to grow.
A dream of helping other couples experience the same magic that made us fall in love with Lake Garda all those years ago.

Meet Dulcie
Hi, I'm Dulcie.
I absolutely love what I do.
Helping couples create one of the most important days of their lives is a privilege that I never take for granted.
My approach has always been personal, friendly and relaxed. I genuinely care about every couple I work with and I want you to feel supported throughout the entire journey.
Unlike many wedding planners, I don't believe in keeping things formal and distant. I want my couples to feel comfortable enough to message me when they have questions, share ideas, ask for advice or simply need a bit of reassurance.
Many of the couples I have worked with over the years started as clients and finished as friends.
That means the world to me.
I love the creative side of wedding planning, from discovering beautiful venues and styling ideas to helping create all those little details that make a wedding feel unique and personal.
Most of all, I love seeing everything come together and watching couples enjoy the day they have dreamed about for so long.
Meet Nathan
Nathan is my husband, my business partner and our wedding photographer.
With over 20 years of experience capturing weddings throughout the UK and Europe, he has an incredible ability to make people feel relaxed in front of the camera.
His style is natural, creative and unobtrusive.
Rather than spending hours posing couples, Nathan prefers to capture the real moments that happen naturally throughout the day. The laughter, the emotion, the excitement and all those little moments that often become the most treasured memories.
Working together as husband and wife allows us to create a seamless experience for our couples.
While I am ensuring everything runs smoothly, Nathan is there capturing every special moment as it unfolds.

The Family
Lake Garda Weddings is very much a family-run business.
Over the years, we've been lucky enough to build an amazing team of people we trust completely. Some are family, some have become lifelong friends, and together we all share the same passion for creating beautiful weddings on Lake Garda.
Local Expert & Translator
Jeanette is our trusted translator, local expert and one of our closest friends.
Living full-time in the Malcesine area, she plays an important role in helping with translations, legal paperwork and local arrangements.
She is often the bridge between our UK couples and Italian suppliers, helping everything run smoothly and making sure nothing gets lost in translation.
Content Creator
Etienne is our son and the newest member of the Lake Garda Weddings family.
As our content creator, he brings a fresh creative eye to every wedding, capturing those natural behind-the-scenes moments and little details that couples love looking back on. Working with video and creative content, he helps preserve the atmosphere and emotion of the day in a way that complements Nathan's photography beautifully.
Together, we combine local knowledge, creativity, organisation and a genuine passion for making every wedding feel personal and unforgettable.
