Planning your special day.
We aim to make planning your dream wedding in italy as stress free and enjoyable as possible, our style is very different to other planning companies, we love rustic, boho and natural style weddings (think mama mia!) but we can work on any style being a creative lead couple with all our amazing hand picked italian contacts.
We take your ideas and work alongside you all the way to your special day! We can plan a theme and help with ideas, we only work on one wedding at time so we can give you the full attention you deserve as every wedding is so special.
How we help
First appointment on zoom, once you have booked we will have a face to face meeting and full contact throughout uk / Italy.
Booking a date and choosing the ceremony venue.
Help from the beginning with documents,interpreter of declaration and wedding ceremony.
Italian administration fees.
Consulate fee for translation and administration.
Constant contact throughout guiding you every step of the way.
Wedding day presence discrete to make your day flow through until your meal.
Preparation and hand delivery by our colleague in italy of documents to the local town hall.
Help selecting a restaurant, flowers, decorations, styling, cake, favours and hand designed invitations.
Booking of hair and makeup appointment and trial if required with our recommended team.
Organise the little touches such as transport to the wedding, pre-wedding eve event if you would like something special we are here to help.
We can advise on hotels and travel but we do not provide a travel agency service, we can recommend using Gaynor pickard at Designer Travel gaynor@designertravel.co.uk or you may prefer to arrange yourself we can point you in the right direction!
For extra piece of mind, we strongly recommend the couple to take an independent wedding insurance on their own behalf should unforeseen circumstances arise.
Photography.
Our photographer Nathan has over 12 years experience in wedding photography, photographing 100’s of weddings in the UK and Europe. His style is relaxed and creative, he will capture the day as it unfolds taking a mix of styled and reportage photos creating a beautiful contrast of images of the magical day that you will cherish forever. There are options suited to all budgets from USB presentation boxes to beautiful printed albums.

Flowers & Styling.
We like to make every wedding style bespoke and unique as every couple are , creating with our natural, rustic, boho style or simply chic we can work with any style but specialise in styling your venue with beautiful blooms and all the little extras to style it perfectly from the brides bouquet through to the venue flowers.
